Michaela built PharmAesthetics Cheshire on a foundation that sets it apart in the aesthetics industry - as a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber, every treatment she delivers is underpinned by clinical expertise, patient safety and a genuinely personal approach to care. Based in Alsager, her practice is built around making patients feel their best at every stage of life through subtle, natural enhancement. The quality of the work was never in question. What wasn't keeping pace was the visual content representing it online. Michaela understood the value of a strong social presence in the aesthetics market - where trust is built almost entirely through what people see before they ever make contact. But without the tools, time or expertise to achieve the standard she knew the brand needed, her social output was inconsistent and wasn't doing justice to the calibre of her work. Esben Studio was commissioned to fix that. Over two months we embedded ourselves in Michaela's practice - shooting photo and video content across her sessions, capturing her service, her environment and the quality of her results in a way that was intimate, professional and built entirely for social.

The aesthetics market is one of the most visually competitive spaces a business can operate in. Content is everywhere. They are placing enormous trust in a practitioner. The content that converts in this market is content that makes people feel safe, seen and confident in the person they are about to book with. Generic stock-style visuals don't do that. Real, intimate, well-crafted photography and video does. We approached every shoot with that in mind. Getting close to Michaela's work, capturing the detail of her sessions, the care she brings to every patient and the quality of her outcomes. The result was a library of content that felt genuinely representative of what PharmAesthetics Cheshire is, and wants to be known as.


Consistency that compounds over time
By working with Michaela across multiple sessions over an extended period, we were able to build a content library that gave her consistent, high-quality visual assets to draw from across her social channels - rather than a one-off burst followed by a return to the same challenges. The content included photography across treatments and environments, video assets and social reels cut specifically for Instagram performance. The social-first approach shaped every creative decision - from the framing, pacing and audio of the reels to the lighting and composition of the photography. Everything was made to work in a feed and to stop a scroll.
